:: Linkware sets **WHERE SPECIFIED ON THE SET AND ARE NOT FOR PURCHASE** are for personal use only, and cannot be used on ANY commercial sites, OR on any sites that sell or intend to sell, OR on ANY MEMBERS ONLY SITES.

:: Any Linkware set that is for sale, IF PURCHASED, MAY be used on a commercial site, OR on any sites that sell or intend to sell, OR on members only sites.

:: With exception of adding text to the blank buttons provided, the backgrounds/graphics in these sets may not be altered in any manner without prior expressed written permission. This includes :: Resizing :: Recoloring :: Cutting :: OR adding any kind of effects such as applets or animations to the graphics.

:: You may not link directly to any of the graphics on this website.
This is called bandwidth theft and is a federal offence.

:: If your site contains pornographic material, violence, cruelty to children or animals, discrimination against the disabled, OR any other illegal activity. DO NOT place any of Sunshine Designz websets on your site.

:: If you wish to use any of Sunshine Designz  websets, you must only use the ones provided for that set. In other words, you may not "mix and match" webset images from one set to another set.

:: You do not have to set up the layouts or every part of the set the same way that I do. You MUST use the logos and credits provided with each webset, and linked back to Sunshine Designz, and to the photographer/ artist. You may not use any part of any webset in the design of your own webset. No separate credits pages are acceptable.

:: Do not convert any graphics into tubes, filters, masks, email stationery, sig tags, gifts, or include in any collection set for download.

:: These sets are sold to ONE person ONLY. Once purchased they are permanently removed from this website. ALL TERMS APPLY!

:: Exclusive Purchaseware Terms ::

:: If you wish to PURCHASE a set from Sunshine Designz EXCLUSIVE PURCHASEWARE section, this means that the sets in this section are purchaseware ONLY! They are not offered as linkware, and never will be. Buying one of these sets entitles you to the exclusive use of the purchased design. You will find on each of these sets, a buy now button for your purchase. Also see other payment options for your payment convenience.  Once payment is received the set will be removed from inventory & customized to fit your needs, and a new title can be customized upon request. Then will be sent to the buyer in a zip file.

:: Any of these exclusive purchaseware sets may be used on commercial sites and for internet groups purposes.

:: DO NOT RESELL :: REDISTRIBUTE :: the purchaseware set. It's intended use is for the buyer ONLY!
